Questions
Before You Come and Make.
Answers to common questions about Maison Palettia events.
Coming to an event
Maison Palettia has no studio door of its own — we set up inside a mall for the day. Every event on the programme names its mall and the area it is in, so you know where you are going before you book.
Each one runs to a fixed start and finish time rather than a drop-in window. Both times, and the length of the event, are on its page.
Everything is provided. Bring nothing but yourself.
Everything is provided, and no experience is needed. If something is unclear, ask before you book.
Booking a place
The Maison runs two kinds of thing. DIY activities you walk in and do, any time you come in — there is nothing to book. Scheduled sessions are guided, each runs on a set date, and those are the ones you book online.
Choose a date from the programme, open it, and keep your place from that page. Each event shows how many places are left before you start.
Your place is held when you reserve it. Nothing is charged through this site yet.
No — you check out as a guest. There is no account to create.
Groups and passes
Yes. The Maison brings creative experiences to spaces where people already gather, and shapes the activity around the group once you have told us about it. Tell us what you are planning — roughly when, roughly how many, and what you would like everyone to make.
A pass holds your sessions in advance, so when a date comes round the only decision left is what to make. Choose one, add it to your booking, and check out as a guest.
